What this website is, and what it is not

Short version: it is information from a licensed bail agency, it is not legal advice, and nothing on it creates a bail bond.

These terms govern your use of https://bailbondcentral.net, operated by Bail Bond Central (CA Bail License #6015872), with its principal office at 302 S. Milliken Ave Ste E1, Ontario, CA 91761. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

We are licensed bail agents. We are not attorneys, and nothing on this website is legal advice. The pages explaining arrest, booking, bail, arraignment and the obligations that follow describe how the process generally works in California — they do not tell you what to do in a particular case, and using the site does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. If you need legal advice about a charge, speak to a criminal defense lawyer.

2. Using this site does not create a bail bond

Submitting a form, receiving a quote, or speaking to an agent does not put a bond in place and does not commit either of us to anything. A bail bond exists only when a written indemnity agreement has been signed by an approved co-signer, the premium arrangements have been agreed, and the bond has been accepted by the facility or the court. Until all of that has happened, nobody is on a bond and nobody is released.

We may decline any application. Bail is underwritten, and a licensed agency has both the right and, at times, the obligation to say no.

3. Jail, court and bail information changes without notice

This site publishes facility addresses, visiting rules, typical release windows, which courthouse hears which calendar, and similar operational detail. It comes from public records and from the agencies' own published information, it was accurate when written, and it moves — sometimes overnight, and usually without any announcement. Do not drive anywhere, and do not make a decision about a case, on the strength of a web page alone. Call (909) 310-3370 and we will confirm the current position before you go.

The same applies to anything we tell you about where a person is held. Custody status is the county's record, not ours, and it can change while we are reading it to you.

4. What you are agreeing to when you send us information

When you submit a form you confirm that the details you give are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are entitled to share the information you provide about another person. Deliberately false information wastes time we would rather spend getting somebody out, and can invalidate an application. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at scale, or to attempt to defeat the security measures protecting the forms.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the site up continuously, and we answer the phone continuously, but we do not guarantee that the website itself will always be reachable. If the site is down, the phone still works — that is the point of publishing the number on every page.

6. Quotes, rates and payment

Bail bond premiums in California are charged according to rate filings approved by the California Department of Insurance. Any figure quoted on this site or over the phone is an estimate based on what we know at the time; the binding figures are the ones in the agreement you sign. Financing terms, any collateral, and what happens if a payment is missed are all set out in that agreement rather than here. What a bond costs and what moves the number is explained on the bail bond cost page.

7. Our content

The text, layout, photographs and design of this site belong to Bail Bond Central or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, or use our name or licence number to suggest an association that does not exist.

Where we mention an outside body — a court, a sheriff's department, a state agency — we have no control over what it publishes and we are not responsible for it. We deliberately do not push visitors out to third-party inmate lookups: we run the search and tell you what it says.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the website, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of it, or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in this section limits our obligations under a bail bond we have actually written, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Those obligations are governed by the bond and the indemnity agreement, and by the California Insurance Code.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising out of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving San Bernardino County, California, and you agree to that venue.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms go to (909) 310-3370, bailbondcentralcorp@gmail.com, or the contact page. The homepage is the way back.
